THE MOVIE THEATER – PART 2
She carefully walked down the steps. After about four steps, one of the people sitting in the seats next to the wall got up and quickly caught up to her. That person immediately tapped the teenage girl on her upper arm. She turned around then promptly followed that person back to the seats next to the wall.
Since there are only two seats next to the wall, I watched anxiously to see what would happen next. Once the two of them made it back to the seats, I immediately noticed the other person who had been sitting there was gone! Where did they go? I didn’t see them get up and leave!
The girl took the seat next to the wall and the other person sat down next to her. About this time my husband looked at me, then followed my gaze toward the wall, then looked back at me. He must have thought I was extremely nosy!
Just then the person dressed in black looked at me again. Our eyes fixed on each other! I tried to speak to my husband but my mouth was frozen. I wanted him to see what I was seeing! I couldn’t move. The person looking at me couldn’t be human, they just couldn’t be, their eyes were glowing a bright green!
As our eyes stayed fixed on one another, I suddenly became aware of another set of green eyes, yes glowing a bright green as well! It was the teenage girl sitting next to the figure in dark clothing!
My heart was racing now! Thank goodness for my husband and his bucket of popcorn. He leaned forward to pick up the bucket, I guess he had decided he wasn’t finished with it. Him leaning forward had caused my eyes to lose a momentary fix and my gaze was broken! I quickly whispered to him in a hushed voice.
“Ok, let’s go…now!”
“Just a few more minutes and it will be over.”
“No, we have to go now!”
As soon as I got those words out of my whispered voice, I got up and began walking toward the opposite wall to go down the steps on that side. Once I made it to the steps, I turned around to see if my husband was behind me…and he was but the two figures with glowing green eyes were right on his heels!
I screamed at my husband to run and then turned to go down the steps! At that moment I noticed everyone down below me had turned around to obviously look and see who was screaming. No way, this can’t be for real I thought to myself as I looked at them.
They all had glowing green eyes!!
Upon seeing such a terrifying scene, I felt my husband grab my hand. He had caught up to me thank goodness. We quickly ran down the steps and out of the viewing room then to an outside exit door at the end of the theater’s hallway.
Once in our vehicle, we quickly exited the parking lot just as the front doors of the theater opened. Glowing green eyes filled the parking lot as I watched through the back window as my husband drove us away from there!!
I woke the next morning to realize it had all been a nightmare!
