That’s right!
Google just turned 20.
Can you believe we’ve been Googling now for 20 years?
Twenty (ish) years ago, two Stanford Ph.D. students launched a new search engine with a bold mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
Search is now available in more than 150 languages and over 190 countries.
The company launched 20 Years with Google, a website dedicated to notable facts from the last 20 years of search trends.
We can’t forget to mention Google Doodles, those changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists, pioneers, and scientists, which are colorful, fun, surprising, and sometimes spontaneous.
This video Google Doodle takes us down memory lane by exploring popular searches from all over the world throughout the last two decades.
