QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BLOG
NAME OF YOUR BLOG: GRAMMIE KNOWS HOW – LEARNING HOW TO PLAY AT ALL STAGES OF LIFE
WHERE DO YOU LIVE: Toronto, Ontario (Canada)
WHAT DO YOU WRITE ABOUT: Gardening, pets, fashion, people and places, products that interest me, book reviews.
HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE NAME FOR YOUR BLOG: Grammie Knows How comes from my grandchildren who always ask questions, when they don’t get the right answers they always say “Grammie Knows How!”
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START BLOGGING: I was out of work and started blogging at Squidoo. I didn’t know you could make money doing this when I started, it was more something to keep me busy. It ended up being very cathartic in healing from the loss of a job that was “my life” for so long.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN BLOGGING: Oh my, that’s a good question, probably about 5 years, but things keep changing and I’m always learning new things.
WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST CHALLENGING OR FRUSTRATING ABOUT BLOGGING: It is never the same. As I said before – things change and there is always the learning curve too…I guess the other frustration is growing a following and having them continue to follow.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU BLOG: I try to get a blog done every two days, but sometimes I have dry periods and that is not good.
DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN LINK PARTIES: Yes, a couple of link parties on a regular basis.
THE BEST THING ABOUT BLOGGING: You can really put your heart out there. You can work from home and hopefully you can also make a little pocket change.

WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING A GRANDMOTHER: Just loving the kiddies without having to worry about all the day to day running around that comes with children and activities. Being able to share things that you love with them is a special blessing too.
