OMG!!! I just finished watching three awe inspiring documentaries about a plant based diet!
I’ve always felt like meat was bad for us, just a gut feeling since I was a child. I’m now nearly convinced that for our health, we need to stop consuming meat and dairy, and we should probably eat a plant based diet!!

My adult daughter was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was unusual for someone her age as the type she had is usually seen in older adults. She had three oncologists at three different cancer hospitals tell her that her only option was major life altering surgery along with chemo and radiation. With all of that, the doctors offered no guarantee of success. She loudly said NO!! She absolutely did not want to disfigure her body with the surgery nor did she want to go thru months of agony with chemo and radiation.
So, she went out of the United States to a cancer hospital in Mexico. She began daily doses of herbal treatments at home along with a major change to her diet. She eats and drinks healthy, by that I mean clean! It has been several years now and she is cancer free! Her US doctors continually scratch their heads in disbelief as to why the cancer went away and has not returned! I really need to do a long blog post about this later because the info from her new foreign doctor is so valuable, such as why we no longer eat sugar since cancer feeds on sugar and we also no longer use a microwave.
