2019 SUMMER BUCKET LIST
I’ve never done a bucket list, although a few of my blogging friends do. Two that readily come to mind are Leslie from Once Upon a Time and Happily Ever After and Christie from So What, Now What?
I’ve never thought about doing one, had no desire to do one but…Leslie has urged me to at least try a little teensy one.
Ok, I’m in!
Considering my health issues, mine will all be geared toward trying to feel better.
My list consists of the following:
• Meditate – I haven’t figured out just how many minutes is doable for me but I’ll start with 10 minutes/day and go from there. It’s supposed to help with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, pain, and more!
• Restorative yoga – It is said to be beneficial for those of us with fibromyalgia, helping to ease pain and stiffness as well as help with fatigue!
• Dietary – Eat less salt, sugar, and processed foods!
• Read a funny joke daily because we all know what they say – Laughter is the best medicine!
So, there you go, let’s see how well I do.
